Here to remind you is Kirra Michel, a yoga, meditation and pranayama teacher, who also happens to be our very own Amy Frances’ mentor from Yoga Teacher Training. Kirra recommends RAIN (R-Recognize, A-Allow, I-Investigate, N-Nurture), a meditation to help you process and get through challenging times.
